After much thought and deliberation Tricia and I have decided to make a huge lifestyle change. We have been talking about this for a year or so and decided now is the time. We are giving up living on land and going to buy a sailing yacht to live aboard. Specifically a 2021 Leopard 45, like this one here.

Sorry to see u selling, hope you get your price. A couple friend of ours did the live aboard sailing for several years, enjoyed the experience and met lots of new friends. I helped him sail from Chicago to Mackinac but then sent them on their way.
